1.5% Actiwhite® - Tyrosinase Inhibitor / PMEL17 Gene Suppressor Innovative mechanism: ACTIWHITETM has a differentiating mechanism compared to "traditional" direct tyrosinase inhibitors on the market. Its high capacity to decrease melanogenesis is linked to a decrease of tyrosinase activity in melanocytes and also to an action on maturation of melanosomes via decrease of PMEL17 gene expression.
Directions for use
Apply a few drops to dry fingertips and apply to skin in a tapping motion.
Key Points
As with most depigmenting agents, active ingredient interacts at the beginning stages of pigmentation and breaks down the communication between the cells in the tyrosinase activity in melanocytes. This process reduces the creation of pigmentation at the cellular level.

Unlike other “traditional” tyrosinase inhibitors, Actiwhite® also reacts on the maturation of melanosomes via a decrease in the gene expression of the cell membrane protein: PMEL17.
